Elevating Brand Engagement for Multiple Customer Types
Situation
We were asked to design a best-in-class experience across user types from retail shoppers, VIP customers, and Brand Ambassadors that delivers a branded and immersive shopping experience. This included:
Understanding the needs and motivations of each customer type to better understand the digital needs.
Allowing customers to immerse themselves in the brand through product exploration and learning content.
Increase sales and conversion by leveraging proven commerce design and tactics.
Create more market share by driving more customers to become VIP members and ambassadors.
