Elevating Brand Engagement for Multiple Customer Types

Situation

We were asked to design a best-in-class experience across user types from retail shoppers, VIP customers, and Brand Ambassadors that delivers a branded and immersive shopping experience. This included:

  • Understanding the needs and motivations of each customer type to better understand the digital needs.

  • Allowing customers to immerse themselves in the brand through product exploration and learning content.

  • Increase sales and conversion by leveraging proven commerce design and tactics.

  • Create more market share by driving more customers to become VIP members and ambassadors.
